Our History

In 1972, Frank Bair founded a two-man survey company out of his garage in New Philadelphia, Ohio. After some immediate growth, Charles Goodie came on as a partner, and Bair, Goodie and Associates, Inc. was born.

Since these humble beginnings, the company has expanded to add depth of skill and experience, including licensed professional surveyors and professional engineers, certified scientists, registered pilots, accredited designers and drafters, inspectors and technicians, amongst others.
